The Australian Antique and Art Dealers Association (AAADA) annual Melbourne Antiques Fair is one of the most anticipated events on the Australian antiques fair calendar. From April 25 to 28 a host of Australia’s top antique dealers will converge upon Melbourne’s Royal Exhibition Building to present a range of incredible antiques and objet d’art of unrivalled quality and provenance.

As the only shows of international quality in Australia, the AAADA fairs are renowned for the diversity and quality of the items being offered for sale. The Melbourne AAADA Fair boasts the finest and most diverse range of fine art and antiques in one place, at one time, in Melbourne. Each item is fully vetted for authenticity and backed by the reputation of Australia’s finest antique and art dealers.

From fine furniture to superb silver to intriguing curios, the 2013 edition of the Melbourne AAADA will feature an array of objects traversing a wide range of periods and styles. If the highlights of the fair are anything to go by, it is worth visiting the fair just to see so many historically significant and valuable items in the one place.

The AAADA is the leading industry body representing Antique and Fine Art dealers in Australia. Their members operate well established businesses, are respected for their expertise in their chosen fields, and continually seek to expand that knowledge.
