Bulgari recently launched Wild Pop, its newest high jewelry collection.

The scene was set for an exquisite night. “Hosted by Group CEO Jean-Christophe Babin, the debut of the new High Jewelry Collection Wild Pop was a dazzling, larger-than-life occasion, bridging the grandeur of Rome with the magnificence of Bulgari jewels. VIP guests, socialites and the international press gathered at the iconic Stadio dei Marmi for the star-studded celebration,” says the official release.

Drawing on the empowerment, free spiritedness and experimentation of the electric 1980s, with a special tribute to Andy Warhol, Wild Pop epitomizes Bulgari’s rule-breaking approach to jewelry. Inspired by everything from disco music to Pop Art, more than 80 pieces celebrate the thrills of the era and Bulgari’s distinctive joie de vivre.

“During the magical evening, guests were captivated by a High Jewelry show, during which models wandered amongst the spectacular marble facades and sculptures of the Stadio dei Marmi. As the jewels popped with vibrant color and precious gems, the irrepressible character of the brand was on full display — a celebration of Italian exuberance at its finest. The 18-year-old model Giulia Maenza, an authentic Italian beauty and rising star in the fashion world, took center stage, while the iconic Pat and Anna Cleveland closed the show, bringing the glamour of two generations to the catwalk,” says the release.

To everyone’s delight, Bulgari had a surprise in store for the crowd. After dinner, Duran Duran took to the stage, playing a synth-pop set that was the perfect soundtrack to a glittering Roman night. Afterwards, DJ Graziano della Nebbia kept the 1980s vibes strong going with a playlist that got guests out of their seats and onto the dance floor, where they danced until the wee hours.

Guests included Bulgari brand ambassadors Eva Green, Lily Aldridge, Bella Hadid, Shu Qi, Laura Harrier, Jon Kortajarena, Jasmine Sanders, Helena Maino Alesi, Kumiko Goto, Nieves Alvarez, HSH Princess Lilly zu Sayn Wittgenstein Berleburg, Lady Kitty Spencer, Lady Amelia Windsor, Italian actress Isabella Ferrari and Yvonne Scio, influencers Eleonora Carisi, Tamu Mcpherson, Gilda Ambrosio, Giorgia Tordini, Candela Pelizza, Leila Yavari, Linda Tol, Caroline Daur, and Kristina Bazan.

For the uninitiated, the Italian jewelry and luxury goods brand Bulgari produces and markets jewelry, fragrances, watches, accessories, and hotels. The brand is partially owned by Luxottica in Milan, a conglomerate.
