The Art & Antiques Fair Olympia, considered to be the UK’s largest and most established of its kind, returns to London’s Kensington Olympia Exhibition Centre from June 20-27, 2018. Organizers are expecting more than 30,000 visitors for the 46th edition.  More than 160 specialist dealers from around the world will be offering a wide range of high quality, vetted art and antiques. The fair features a diverse mix of pieces dating from antiquity to the present day. The fair brings together private collectors, art industry professionals, dealers, property owners, and interior decorators.

Showcasing a broad range of works, from paintings and art deco to furniture and jewelry, the fair delivers a broad array of exhibitors under one roof. These range from places like Benton Fine Art, which deals in 19th- and early 20thcentury British and European paintings and sculptures to Tanya Baxter Contemporary, which exhibits works of Chinese, Indian, and post-war Contemporary art to J.Baptista Lda, a gallery dedicated to Portuguese jewellery and silver. The Talks Programme, with a lineup of academics and analysts, is part of the “Experts Theatre” section, which provides specialist talks and advice from industry experts.

This year’s fair puts an added emphasis on art, with galleries featuring works from Modern British and Contemporary to Old Masters, 18th- and 19th-century art, prints and posters. An impressive selection of antique jewellery including pieces from Cartier, Boucheron, Vacheron Constantin, and Tiffany are also part of the fair’s sections. The Art & Antiques Fair Olympia becomes part of House & Garden Festival 2018. It features four very distinct yet complementary events featuring a selection of products from antique to Contemporary. These focus on craftsmanship and quality, design, interior and garden trends and luxury lifestyle. The other events that are part of the House & Garden Festival are HOUSE, Spirit of Summer, and GROW London.
