The directorial debut of Bradley Cooper in the remake of the classic story “A Star Is Born” provided a major role for Lady Gaga in the big screen released the first trailer.

The first trailer released for the remake of “A Star Is Born,” the directorial debut of Bradley Cooper where he acts too alongside Lady Gaga takes on the Internet. Though it’s the fourth version of “A Star Is Born” after it was created in 1937 and remade for the first time in 1954 featuring Judy Garland and James Mason and again casting Barbra Streisand and Kris Kristofferson for the 1976 version, the latest one is no lesser than its seminal predecessors.

Cooper did not shy off from taking to stage to film live performance scenes for his film at Glastonbury in 2017, just before a set by Kris Kristofferson. The film “A Star Is Born” is due to be release on October 5 this year in the US and the UK. [The Guardian]

The tale is as old as Hollywood itself. The film has taken its entry ahead of the Oscars season. The expensive production of the musical has already assured piles of nominations as well as some of the statues, along the way. After its original and two preceding remakes and bundles of movies like “La La Land” and “Les Miserables”, the pressure has befallen the ‘Satr’ herself, Lady Gaga, to deliver. The latest remake of “A Star Is Born,” the directorial debut of Bradley Cooper seems to have big plans for itself. The Cooper-Gaga chemistry of pop has left many anticipating and then there is the Hollywood milestone of its legacy. The trailer has been recently released which starts with the introduction of the cutesy amateur singer with one of the leading voice of music industry played by Cooper. They form a romantic and musical partnership. Though the story is mushy in the beginning but history has been witness to how that ends. Money and stardom divides the duo and hence, “A Star Is Born.” [Cinema Blend]

There are also scenes in the trailer showing a colorful list of cast actors alongside Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper. Dave Chappelle has been shown in the character of Noodles in the trailer while Sam Elliot is casted for Jackson and Ally’s manager. Anthony Ramos can be seen playing Ally's friend Ramon. The trailer also shows brief flashes of comedian Andrew Dice Clay and Willam Belli. [Indie Wire]
