YSL Beauty recently announced Adam Levine as the Global Ambassador for its New Y Eau de Parfum.

The singer and songwriter and the lead man from the band “The Maroon 5” will now endorse the perfume from the YSL Beauty. The perfume is slated for the August launch. Both the singer’s fans and the YSL loyalists are waiting to catch a glimpse of the campaign.

The campaign is believed to be shot by Colin Tilley. The singer looks attractive in a fitted Tee and flaunting his tattoo in a single image released by the house. He is also seen sporting beard and a cropped haircut.

After its launch in the coming months the perfume, Y eau de parfum will be the latest to join the series of Y perfumes from the house. The original scent in the series is Y eau de toilette. It reportedly has a bold woody blend of bergamot, ginger, sage, balsam fir, and cedar wood. It was launched in October last year. Last year too, Adam was the face behind the U.S. digital campaign for the original scent. However, this time around he will be seen on the global platform launching the new perfume through a campaign.

People are speculating how the new perfume is going to be different from the original one. If the sources are to be believed, YSL Beauty has said that the new perfume will have more intense rendition. Adam will be seen as an adventurous man pursuing his dreams but still has a long way to go.

For the uninitiated, American singer Adam Noah Levine has received three Grammy Awards, two American Music Awards, two Billboard Music Awards, an MTV Video Music Award, and a World Music Award as part of Maroon 5.  The band’s first album, “Songs About Jane,” went multi-platinum in the US. The band’s other albums are, “It Won't Be Soon Before Long” (2007), “Hands All Over” (2010), “Overexposed” (2012), “V” (2014), and “Red Pill Blues” (2017).

The singer has reportedly said that it is unbelievable for him to be associated with the brand that he loves so much for its style and innovation. He appears happy to be going global with the brand this time around and that he can very well relate to the strong sense of individuality and passion associated with the YSL products.
