Omega has relaunched its classic Tresor collection of watches with a new brand ambassador in the form of up-and-coming model Kaia Gerber. The face of the brand was on hand when the collection was launched on May 2 in Berlin and she was joined by  Raynald Aeschlimann,  President and CEO of Omega.

Choosing 16-year-old Kaia Gerber, who is the daughter of Cindy Crawford, Omega is showcasing how its offerings in the Tresor collection are crafted to appeal to a hip crowd of youngsters. Watches in two different sized cases — 39mm and 36mm — are available in the collection and each of these have a slim profile. The crowns on the timepieces are also styled along the lines of a flower, and is one of the unique touches that help demarcate the offerings in the Tresor collection.

With the collection, Omega is once again displaying how its Swiss watchmaking tradition always manages to keep pace with changes in fashion and address the needs of its customers. The event, which was held at Berlin’s Kraftwerk, included a maze, music and even a light show which kept the attendees engaged throughout the night and into early morning. Also at the event were Toni Garrn the German model, swimmer Filippo Magnini and Thore Scholermann, a host on German television shows.
